Our standard product warranty is included in our terms of trade and provides coverage for one year from the date of purchase. However, we offer the option to extend the warranty for up to 10 years at an additional fee.
Standard Warranty Policy: As per our terms of trade, all products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Any claims must be made within this period and follow the procedures outlined in our terms.
Extended Warranty Option: For customers seeking additional peace of mind, we provide an extended warranty option for up to 10 years. The fee structure for the extended warranty is as follows:
- Year 1: Included in the purchase price.
- Year 2: 10% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 3: 20% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 4: 30% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 5: 40% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 6: 50% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 7: 60% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 8: 70% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 9: 80% of the trade price of the product.
- Year 10: 90% of the trade price of the product.
How to Calculate the Extended Warranty Fee: Customers can easily calculate extended warranties themselves at the time they are tendering a project using the calculator below. However, to secure an extended warranty for the product, customers need to submit an extended warranty request along with the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the products they wish to cover. This ensures that the warranty is correctly applied to all relevant items in the project.
