The current process to factory reset of holding the reset button on the controller for 5 - 10 seconds.

We believe this is too easy for people to accidentally Factory Reset a controller.

A 2 factor process should be the only way a controller can be Factory Reset.

Suggestion: Holding the reset button while powering up the controller.
