Have a checkbox that locks switch functionality across profiles

When a new profile is created, it's annoying to have to copy and paste all of the switch functionality. Often this step is missed, and then switches do not work in After Hours profile's.

By default, the functionality for the all switch Profile's should imitate the programming from the Profile 1 settings, unless changed by the integrator.

If this option goes ahead it should work for all ECD menu's (Push buttons, absolute, Touchscreen, Occupancy)
